• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of concrete estimating experience, ideally with large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate estimates for complex projects over $50MM.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, materials, and labor costs.
• Proficiency with estimating software and tools, such as On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
