Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or other relevant industry is preferred.
- 10+ years of estimating experience. Competitive bid projects and conceptual budgeting.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Experience leading and building a team.
- On-Screen Takeoff & Timberline experience preferred.
