Our Client is looking for a future leader, who is confident in their estimating abilities and has the desire to grow into a management level role. Communication is key for this client as you will be dealing directly with clients and participating in bid presentations.

• Support the preconstruction team across Large Complex Projects
• Take the Lead role in some projects delegating tasks to other team members
• Opportunity to quickly grow into a Preconstruction Manager role.
• Average Project Size Range: $2m -$150m

• Proven Experience working on large commercial projects.
• Minimum of 6 years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Past experience in leading projects.
• Enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
