• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction estimating experience in various general commercial construction markets.
• Experience on commercial projects ranging from $5M to $60M.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
