Responsibilities:

• Develop cost estimates for a wide range of commercial construction projects
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Prepare detailed take-offs and pricing from architectural plans and specifications
• Conduct site visits and gather information necessary for project estimates
• Analyze subcontractor proposals and negotiate pricing
• Work closely with project teams to review and analyze bid results and participate in the selection of subcontractors and vendors
• Develop relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
• Participate in project kick-off meetings and contribute to project planning and scheduling
• Review and analyze construction contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, and materials
• Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be willing to travel to project sites as needed
