Our client is, a highly reputable General Contractor based in Denver Colorado. Due to their ongoing success, are looking to expand their Preconstruction team and bring on a new Senior Estimator. They mainly focus on Multifamily, K12 Mixed use Public projects & Commercial projects ranging anything from $20MM-$120M+.

• Work with a highly reputable General Contractor.
• Projects include, Multifamily, Commercial, K12 & Public projects with values between $20MM-$120MM+
• Hybrid role
• work with the Senior leadership team

• Relevant experience in the industry is essential
• Self-motivated with the ability to hit the ground running and  work with little oversight
• Ability to manage and lead projects
• A passion for Preconstruction Technology
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
