Are you ready to step into a Lead Estimator position?Working for the largest Design Build General Contractor in Orlando, FL as Senior Estimator you will be required to Lead projects from $12M up to $75M. Building maintaining and developing new relationships will be a key requirement within this role.Experience working within Healthcare, Aviation, Commercial and Technology projects is a plus.On offer in your new role:

Requirements:

• Onsite experience as Project Manager or Superintendent a plus
• Experience leading smaller projects ($12M)
• Track record in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
• 4+ years experience as Estimator with another General Contractor
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• On Screen Take-Off, iSqFt, MC2 and 3D program experience a must
