We are looking for a Senior Estimator who not only has a passion for building complex & diverse projects but who has an interest in bettering their local community. Our client has a drive & focus to ensure the projects they build are sustainable & leave their local communities in a better place.

You will be tasked with leading large scale projects through all preconstruction phases including Educational, Healthcare, Mixed-Use, Corporate office & more.

You will assist the Director of Preconstruction with all aspects of Preconstruction. Perform take offs for all CSI Divisions, provide value engineering, meet with clients/owners performing as lead point of contact. Attend pre bid meetings, ensure entire scope of the project is covered.

• B.S in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Related Field.
• At least 5+ years of Estimating experience across all divisions.
• Experience leading projects up to $50M
• Excellent communication, presentation & team work skills.
