Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in construction management or related field
• 8 -10 years' of estimating experience
• Technology adept with experience in Planswift, OnScreen Take-Off, MS Excel
• Experience with CM@Risk, GMP and Ground Up project methods
• Experience in Commercial, Hospitality, Education, Heatlhcare, Office, Retail
