Requirements:

• 4-year degree construction related
• 8+ years estimating experience with a General Contractor
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating on large commercial construction projects
• Expertise in conceptual estimating and hard bid environments
• Stable employment history with previous employers
• Computer software - MS Suite, specifically Excel-based
• Estimating software’s On Screen Take-Off, iSqFt, MC2 preferred
• Experience working with 3D programs a plus
• Experience in various contract delivery types such as hard bid, CM@R, design-build
• Evident success in developing and maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
