• ENR Top 100 General Contractor with offices throughout the US.
       
• Annual revenues in excess of $5B.
       
• Work on some of the largest, most complex projects across the US.
       
• Technologically innovative general contractor.
       
• Long established in Pennsylvania.

• Coordinate & participate in preparation of all estimates.
       
• Take the lead on specific projects as assigned.
       
• Participate in value engineering, alternative and comparative studies.
       
• Read & review blueprints, plans, specifications and other construction documents.
       
• Manage & mentor junior staff within the department.
       
• Liaise with operations team during preconstruction and hand over of the project.
       
• Develop and maintain long term relationships with all project counterparts i.e. clients, architects, designers, subcontractors.
• Review and confirms schedule with subcontractors and material vendors

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction or similar.
       
• 5+ years experience as a Commercial Estimator.
       
• Field experience as a project engineer, field supervision, APM, PM desirable.
       
• Strong conceptual estimating skills.
       
• Leadership skills and excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
