• BS or MS Degree in Relevant Field
• At least 2 years’ experience performing estimating and/or project management tasks in the general contractor industry.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to read specifications, plan designs, and details
• Math and analytical skills regarding cost and pricing
• Experience interfacing with clients, architects, owners, and subcontractors
