Requirements:

• 8-10 years' of estimating experience
• Experience in Hospitality estimating
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Anatylical thinking and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in a range of estimating software, Planswith, On-Screen TakeOff, Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Timberline
