Our client is seeking a Mid Level Commercial Estimator with experience in Commercial, Mixed-Use, Education, Retail, Hospitality, Mutli-Family. As an Estimator, you will be required to manage several estimates simultaneously, from conceptual estimates through to final estimates whilst providing guidance and direction to the estimating team.On offer in your new role:

Requirements:

• 5 - 10 years' relevant industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in construction related discipline
• Ability to understand blueprints, specifications, plans etc
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbally
• Leadership skills and team player attitude
• Microsoft Excel, OST, Timberline, BIM knowledge necessary
