Our client is a highly sought-after General Contractor, seeking a Senior Mechanical Estimator to join their ever-growing team in Falls Church, VA. This client typically works on a wide range of projects that would include, Commercial, Education, Retail, plus many more.

They have gone from strength to strength within the past 12 months, and they don't show any signs of slowing down just yet!!

• Work on Falls Church's largest projects with this extremely reputable firm.
• Collaborate with a high-performing preconstruction team - leading/mentoring Junior members.
• Communicate directly with the Senior Leadership team.
• Work on a number of exciting projects ranging over $100MM+

• 6+ years of relevant experience with a General Contractor
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred not required)
• Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective participation in a team environment.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Onscreen Takeoff, Sage, Building Connected or Procore
• Ability to hit the ground running on large $50 Million + projects.
