This client is a nationwide General Contracting/Construction Management Firm, currently looking to expand their Preconstruction team in their Burlington, NJ office!! They focus on commercial & light industrial projects and self-perform some divisions. They are interested in candidates from Burlington, NJ & the surrounding areas for this role. We have been working with this client exclusively for a number of years and can provide candidates with detailed information/tips on the interview process.

• Well Established GC with a national presence
• Projects include Commercial Light-industrial, Education & others
• Manage a team of enthusiastic and committed precon professionals

• 6+ years of experience within a general contracting firm that completes similar projects.
• Bachelor's degree in preferred ( Areas include but are not limited to Construction Management & Engineering)
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of at least 3 other members of the department.
• Communication skills are KEY - must be able to effectively communicate with clients & team members of all levels.
