Our client is one of Cincinnati's longest standing General Contracting firms and are a big player in Healthcare, MOB, Labs, BioTech & Office building projects within the commercial sector.

As a Senior Preconstruction Manager you will work directly with the Director of Preconstruction on a diverse portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of estimators on projects whilst also completing your own projects.

• Work directly with Precon Director and be involved with client meetings
• 2 days a week WFH
• Work with the most up-to-date technologies

• Construction Management/Civil Engineering Bachelor's degree or Equivalent education in a relevant field.
• Can work with new, up-to-date technologies.
• Comfortable with leading a team.
• Confident in communicating and presenting to clients and forming great relationships with subs.
