Requirements:

• 4-year degree—construction related
• 10+ years of onsite/ project management in ground up and renovations.
• Preferred PM experience in large, complex facility construction
• Previous experience working for a GC on healthcare and/or commercial projects a must
• Expertise in conceptual estimating and hard bid environments
• Stable employment history with previous employers
• Proficient with estimating software
• Experience working with BIM/VDC a plus
• Evident success in developing and maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
