As the Preconstruction Manager you will be expected to deal with the entire Preconstruction lifecycle. From developing & maintaining client relationships, liaising with design teams, Preconstruction team reporting directly to chief estimator. You will provide value engineering services alongside mentorship & training to junior preconstruction team members

·Requirements:

• Bachelors in Construction Management, Engineering Degree or related field.
• 4+ years commercial preconstruction estimating experience
• Software experience: OST, CostX, Destini or similar estimating software experience, with MS Suite, AutoCad experience also.
• Site experience on a project a major plus
