They are In the market for an experienced Preconstruction Manager to take a leading role within a high functioning Preconstruction team.

As a Preconstruction manager you be responsible for managing the entire preconstruction lifecycle. You will act as lead point of contact for a variety of markets including Healthcare, Education, commercial & more. You will be expected to coordinate with the client and present on bid day with the support of the Preconstruction department.

·  Have a Construction Management or Engineering Degree or relevent years construction experience

·  5+ Years estimating experience, leading commercial projects in excess of $20MM

·  In-depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required

·  Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of individuals from Clients, Subcontractors, Precon department
