Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related discipline
• 10+ years of commercial estimating experience
• Strong conceptual estimating skills
• Experience with CM@R preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Earthworks, OST, Timberline, P6, Procore, iSqFt
