Role Overview
As a Senior Preconstruction Manager, you will lead the planning and pricing efforts for complex Mission Critical and Data Center projects, often exceeding $100M in value. You'll serve as a strategic partner from concept through handoff, influencing design, pricing strategy, and execution planning to ensure successful project delivery from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all preconstruction efforts for large-scale Data Center and Mission Critical projects
- Collaborate with owners, design teams, and internal stakeholders to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions
- Develop and manage detailed estimates at multiple stages of design
- Oversee subcontractor/vendor coordination, pricing, and scope development
- Identify value engineering opportunities and assess constructability risks
- Present budgets and strategies to executive leadership and clients with clarity and confidence
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management with a focus on Mission Critical or Data Center construction
- Proven success managing complex projects valued at $50M+
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members
