Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and documents for accurate material and labor estimates
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to validate scope and logistical requirements
• Prepare and maintain cost databases for carpentry and interiors estimating
• Participate in proposal development, client communications, and competitive bid submissions
• Engage in meetings to provide insight on efficiency, pricing, and material sourcing
• Stay current on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to estimating processes

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in construction or related field
• Preferred 5+ years of experience in estimating (competitive bid and conceptual budgeting)
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with construction processes and terminology, particularly in carpentry/interiors
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• High ethical standards, public speaking ability, and mentorship mindset
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
