• Minimum of five years’ experience in mechanical construction estimating.
• Education in construction or mechanical engineering, OR equivalent field/trade experience
• A strong background in plumbing, HVAC piping, ductwork, building systems, and codes within commercial, institutional, and light industrial buildings.
• Strong communication, document comprehension, and estimating software experience (Trimble AutoBid, Excel, and On-Screen Takeoff).
