We are looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager who has experience leading commercial & multifamily projects from the initial conceptual estimate right through to CD, projects ranging from $20MM-$70MM.

·  Construction Management or Engineering Degree

·  3-8+ years Preconstruction or Estimating experience within a General Contractor

·  BIM, VDC,OST and Timberline Estimating Software experience a plus

·  On site Construction Delivery exposure or knowledge
