As a Preconstruction Director, you you will play a pivotal role in the Preconstruction efforts. You'll have the opportunity to grow your own Preconstruction team and work on exciting projects throughout Houston and further afield.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Current Subcontractor Base with Relationships in Houston, TX
Local Knowledge to Houston, TX
