We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator or Preconstruction Manager to take up a leading role within the Preconstruction department.

• Lead Preconstruction efforts, overseeing all preconstruction activities and ensuring accurate project estimates and budgets.
• Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver comprehensive bid proposals.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in preconstruction management within the commercial construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction, including new builds, renovations, and remodels.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools.
• A track record of successful bidding and securing projects.
