• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in estimating commercial projects, Candidates with exposure to airport projects a plus.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, pricing options, value engineering, and design studies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in estimating and cost management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
