Due to the client's ongoing success, they are seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team in Chesapeake!

• Work & lead a team across commercial ground-up projects.
• Huge pipeline!
• Work with a well-established General Contractor in the area.

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience within the industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in On Screen Take-off (OST) & Bluebeam
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
