As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for working on projects from $3M up to $100M across Healthcare, Data Centers, Office, Commercial, Education, and Hospitality sectors. You will be working alongside a team of other Senior Estimators while mentoring/leading other Estimators, Junior Estimators and Interns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction or similar.
       
• 5+ years experience as a Commercial Estimator.
       
• Field experience as a project engineer, field supervision, APM, PM desirable.
       
• Strong conceptual estimating skills.
       
• Leadership skills and excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
