• Work with one of the Mid-Atlantic's strongest General Contractors
• Grow within the company - huge pipeline
• Work on projects including, Healthcare, Education, Federal & more.

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience within the industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with expert skill level in Excel
• Proficiency in On Screen Take-off (OST)
• Proficiency in Bluebeam
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
