Are you looking for a Leadership role with Missouri's leading General Contractor?As Chief Estimator you will lead a team of Estimators and Preconstruction professionals across a diverse range of commercial projects.What will I be doing:

• Lead and Monitor Preconstruction processes across small, mid size and large complex projects.
• Work closely with client and design team.
• Project Development wether thats through existing relationships or networking.
• Lead project interviews and client meetings

• Be part of the strategic team

• Department staffing coordination
• Responsible for department costs and P & L

To be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 7+ years proven track record within Preconstruction or Estimating
• Large complex project experience crucial
• Extensive knowledge of estimating and pre-construction processes and software.
• Leadership and Management qualities necessary
