Our client a ENR Top 400 General Contractor is seeking a Commercial Estimator with experience in ground up commercial and interior projects from $3m up to $22m. As commercial estimator you will work within the Preconstruction team assisting in producing competitive bids for projects across the South East.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years estimating experience on Commercial projects from $10m
• Track record of successful Commercial project bids
• On-Screen Takeoff and estimating software knowledge
• Lump sum, Cost Plus, Negotiated/GMP bid experience
• Field experience a plus
