Completing Retail, Hospitality, Multifamily and Industrial projects ahead of time across the South East our client are expanding the Preconstruction team.In your new role you will be required to deliver estimates on a variety of projects ranging from a $5M Interiors project to a large complex ground up Retail project at $130M.On Offer:

Required to succeed in this role:

• 3+ years Estimating experience within a General Contractor
• Retail, Hospitality, Multifamily or Light Industrial project experience
• Degree
• On site experience is a plus
• Client facing skills
• Leadership potential
