Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree— Building Construction or Engineering.
• 8+ years estimating experience with a General Contractor
• Expertise in hard bid environments
• Stable employment history with previous employers
• Computer software skills in Excel, Om-Screen Takeoff, Timberline and Bluebeam
• Success in developing and maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and clients
• Experience estimating self-preformed work preferred
• Experience working with virtual design programs a plus
• LEED certification a plus
• Experience in the State of Florida preferred
