In your new role you will report to the Director of Preconstruction and have autonomy and the responsibility of bidding on Retail, Hospitality and Office projects up to $55M.The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary of $90,000 base, 401K and additional benefits as well as a positive working environment.Responsibilities:

• Read and understand plans and blueprints
• Generate conceptual bids
• Perform quantity take-offs
• Preparation and submission of bids
• On-site visits
• Liaise with project executives, project managers, subcontractors and clients

Requirements:

• 2 - 6years of commercial estimating experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management / Engineering
• Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Office orMulti-Use
• Estimating software to include OST, PlanSwift, MS Project, iSqFt, Timberline
• Effective Communication
• Detail Orientated
