Our client is a General Contractor specializing in commercial and multifamily construction. Experienced GC and is now a trusted general contractor and construction company providing services in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida.

• Assist in the pricing and bidding of Design Build, and Hard Bid construction projects, reviewing milestone documents to price alternative opportunities
• Estimate projects ranging from $100k-$5M
• Setup subcontractor ITBs/requests for pricing
• Develop subcontractor bid list for qualified vendors

• Minimum of 4+ Years in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• On site Construction Delivery exposure or knowledge.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
