Responsibilities:

• Preparation of bid proposals
• Prepare quantity take-offs
• Conceptual and schematic estimating
• Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors/clients
• Participate in pre-bid meetings
• Present estimates internally and to clients

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Degree in Construction Management
• 5+ years estimating experience with a GC
• Experience in Education, Healthcare, Multi-family, Assisted Living, Retail & Office
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, designers, architects, clients
• Proficiency in MS Office, Timberline, OST
