• Assist Estimators in bidding process
• Cost analysis and quantity takeoffs
• Preparation of Estimates and client proposals
• Read and understand plans and blueprints
• Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or other relevant discipline
• 1-2 years Estimating Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, OST, Timberline
• Organized and ability to manage workload independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• LEED Green Associate a bonus
