Our Client is an ENR Top 20 contractor, they are looking for self-motivated Junior Level candidates to come on board and support the Senior Estimators. This is a very exciting time to be joining the company. This Junior candidate will work closely with the Senior Preconstruction Managers.

• As the Junior Estimator, you will support the Senior Preconstruction Managers
• Communicates with subs and suppliers to clarify pricing information

• 1-3 years experience in estimating commercial construction projects showing competence in design-build and conceptual estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management-related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in performing take offs
• Excellent communication skills
