With a strong book of business that runs into 2025, they are seeking a talented Mechanical Estimator to come in and assist the Preconstruction team. With core markets including Healthcare, Higher Education, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Advanced Manufacturing, and Commercial, our client prides itself in their diversity which allows them to remain stable throughout any economic instability.

• Work with some of Charlotte's finest Preconstruction Professionals
• Work with a Global Contractor
• Lead the Mechanical package of $200m+ projects

• Conceptual budgeting / estimating experience a plus
• Process piping exposure is a plus
• 3+ years experience as Mechanical Estimator
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues utilizing Preconstruction Technology
