As Preconstruction Manager you will bid on projects from $10M up to $50M across commercial, K-12 Schools, Higher Education, Medical Office Buildings and Adult Living Facilities across the Carolina’s.

To be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Timberline, Bluebeam, OST and Microsoft suite
• 4+ years estimating within a General Contractor
• Client facing skills
