As a result we are seeking a Preconstruction Manager with experience in Commercial and Industrial Projects ranging from $15MM to $65MM.Local Charlotte, NC market knowledge is necessary to succeed in this role.On offer in your new role:

Requirements:

• Construction Management or Engineering Degree
• 8-12 years Preconstruction experience within a large General Contractor
• BIM, VDC, OST and Timberline Estimating Software experience a plus
• Onsite Construction Delivery exposure or knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
