Our Client a leading Construction Management General Contractor with a reputation for delivering complex projects within Healthcare, Education, Bio-Tech, Sports Entertainment and commercial mixed-use is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager.As Preconstruction Manager you will take ownership of Lump Sum or Guaranteed Maximum Price projects ranging from $15m up to $150m+ across the Carolinas, while harnessing and building relationships with the client, subcontractors, engineers and architects. Other responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the Project Executive to establish a project pre-construction plan.
• Recommend various Technology enhancements
• Manage Design/Pre-Construction Phase
• Arrange meetings with subcontractor to get buy-in of scope, approach, cost and schedule.
• Assist with large scope change estimates

Prepare post-bid analysisRequirements

• 5+ years Estimating Experience within a General Contractor
• Subcontractor knowledge across the Carolina's
• BIM, Revit and Navisworks experience a plus
• Track record of working across Healthcare, Education, Bio-Tech or Commercial projects from $30m+
