As Senior Estimator you will have leadership on all Design Build and General Contracting projects ranging from $7m up to $30m+.On offer in your new role:

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction or similar; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5-10 years experience within commercial construction
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs is required.
• Knowledge of Timberline Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff and SmartBid, is desired
• Primavera and BIM Software exposure is preferred
• Experience in ground up projects - Hotels and Multifamily preferred.
• Effective communication both written and verbal with co-workers, peers and management is required.
