They pride themselves in being the one of the best companies to work for in North Carolina.On Offer: As Senior Estimator you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for a range of negotiated or competitive bid projects from $14m up to $45m+ across a variety of market sectors. Working closely with the Preconstruction Director you will prepare detailed cost estimates ensuring the projects are set up for success. With the continued growth this is a great opportunity to fast track into a Preconstruction Manager position.Required:

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree
• OST, BIM and Estimating Software experience required
• 5+ years of estimating with a General Contractor
• Can do attitude
