Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree—Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Mgmt
• 15 years experience in the Construction Industry
• 12 years prior experience as an estimator in pharmaceutical, industrial, manufacturing and/or healthcare fields
• Stable employment history of at least 5 years at their past companies.
• Experience with design-build, conceptual and plans/specs estimating, along with detailed knowledge of pricing and costs
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs is required.
• Strong computer skills - experience in using OST software and Microsoft Excel preferred
• Evident success in creating and maintaining positive relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Effective people and communication skills essential
• Must be a team player
