Niche SSP is seeking a Senior Estimator for a Mid-Sized, Regional GC in Carrollton, GA.Competitive Salary: up to $100K plus benefitsOur client, a recognized leader in the construction industry, provides design/build and general contracting services to the Commercial Industry, with a specific focus on Hotels and Multifamily.As Senior Estimator, you will have leadership on all Design & Build and General Contracting projects ranging from $7m up to $30m+.Required:

• 5 – 10 years Estimating experience
• Commercial, Hospitality (Hotels) and Multifamily project experience.
• VDC/BIM knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of Timberline Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff, SmartBid, ArchiCAD, and Primavera is desired.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction
