Are you a Senior Estimator ready to lead a Preconstruction team on Commercial projects up to $70M?Your new company are a Regional General Contractor who specialize in Mixed-Use, Office space, Light Industrial, Retail and Hospitality construction projects from $12M up to $90M.As Senior Estimator you will work closely with the VP, Director and Senior Management on all Negotiated, CM@Risk, Hard Bid projects. As the most Senior Preconstruction team member you will mentor, guide and advise junior Estimators on best practices.On offer in your new role:

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree—Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Mgmt
• 6-9 years’ experience in the Construction Industry
• 5 years prior experience as an estimator in Commercial, industrial, manufacturing and/or Hospitality.
• Experience with conceptual and plans/specs estimating, along with detailed knowledge of pricing and costs
• Subcontractor relationships in North Carolina
