Our client, an ENR Top 50 General Contractor is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their San Francisco office. As Senior Estimator you will be responsible for all aspects of estimating on large scale, complex projects. Responsibilities

• Ability to prepare in-house budgets & GMP
• Quantity take-offs for all divisions
• Ability to liaise with all project counterparts including owners, designers, subcontractors etc
• Lead constructability reviews
• Establish & maintain relationships with subcontractors.

What you’ll need

• 5 - 8 years of commercial estimating experience
• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Experience with mid & high rise projects desirable
• Proficiency across Timberline, OST, MC2, Excel
• Ability to take ownership of projects or participate as a team member when needed
